The Hotellerie Box has been crafted to be used to articulate the aesthetics, functionality and efficiency of a structure with ideas on how to undertake the process of economic investment in order to generate a real profit. I am Gabriele Gascón, CEO of Gascón Group SA studio specializing in hospitality, based in Lugano and Montreux
Over the years I have seen restructuring, relooking or constructions that dilute economic potential, conceived without awareness of how an investment could be directed to grow the value of a property, to increase ROI or to strengthen brand attractiveness to customers.
In order to avoid these mistakes, a specialized architectural firm is needed.
Aware of this, I created
with the intent to define a design method that knows how to take every possibility that an economic investment can offer and blows away the risk of economic waste.
I work together with directors of structures dedicated to hospitality, in synergy with their management group, looking towards the goal of increasing economic revenue.
Our projects are based on market analyses and industry trends, so that what we build today gives strength to our customers’ business in the near future.
We develop each proposal with careful attention to the criteria of functionality and with a high level of aesthetic sensitivity.
With my studio I work throughout Switzerland and the world, animated by my desire to anchor places of privileged beauty and well-being to the earth.
